Independent short films and feature films with a strong point of view: sci-fi, drama, romance and thriller, made with international casts and crews. Our shorts have won awards and selections at festivals worldwide, including three Stage 32 wins.

What is The Last Child about?

The Last Child is a 10-minute sci-fi anti-war short. Aya, a nine-year-old girl with a prosthetic leg, discovers a buried war machine in a devastated city and turns it against war itself. Where is Studio Supreme Films based?

Studio Supreme Films is registered in Estonia and China. Our parent company, Studio Supreme, was founded in Shanghai in 2013 and handles commercials and branded work at studiosupreme.be. Through a network of partners we also run production in Thailand, Malaysia, France, Belgium and Hungary.

How does Studio Supreme Films produce a film?

Every project is tailored. In pre-production we develop the script and production plan, cast and scout. In production we shoot. In post we edit, grade, design the sound and finish the visual effects, much of it in-house through Design Hero. We keep the filmmakers involved at every stage.

Do you accept short film or feature film submissions?

Yes. We review both short films and feature projects. Send us a short description and a link through the contact form.

I am an actor. How can I send my reel?

Use the contact form with a link to your reel and your location. We keep reels on file for upcoming castings.

Can I join the production team?

We are always looking for talented people. Send your portfolio through the contact form.

Do you offer financing for films?

We do not finance third-party films, but we can advise on funding routes, co-productions and festival strategy.

How can I invest in a Studio Supreme Films production?

We present a project proposal and business plan for the film, then agree terms in an investment agreement before production starts. Backpacker and Bryan Boyze are currently in development. Get in touch through the contact form to discuss opportunities.

Do you provide subtitles or dubbing?

For our own productions, yes, in multiple languages depending on the territory and festival.

Where can I see your commercials and music videos?

Commercial and branded work lives on studiosupreme.be, and the director's full portfolio is on herodirector.tv.

How long does it take to produce a film?

It depends on scope. A short can take a few months from script to festival-ready master; a feature typically takes one to three years. We agree a timeline at the start and keep everyone informed.
